Independent Sales Representative

Phoenix Resins Inc. an established manufacturer of epoxy resin systems, adhesives and replacement solvents sold under the names MAS Epoxies, Rapid Cure, Flexbond 5000 and Bio-Solv is looking for experienced and motivated independent sales representatives to call on the industrial and municipal markets. The company is currently looking to fill territories nationwide.

Sales representatives will lead with Bio-Solv an exciting new “green” and bio-degradable cleaning solvent product gaining rapid popularity replacing acetone, lacquer thinner and other dangerous solvents for surface cleaning, degreasing, paint gun cleaning and graffiti removal. Sales Representatives will be expected to generate some of their own leads as well as respond to those provided to them by the company marketing efforts. The company uses Salesforce.com CRM to manage sales tools, leads and sales activities. The sales representative will be paid uncapped commissions on sales within their accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity for hard working “hunters” who want to take a new product into their existing client base or to develop a new territory. Closers should see close rates of 50% or more with this product.

A Salesforce.com license, product samples, brochures, email templates, product information, training and support will be provided.

Candidates must possess the following:

  • Strong sales experience
  • Discipline to work independently
  • Ability to make in person sales calls
  • Reliable transportation
  • Intermediate computer skills
