Sales Director - Industrial/Hardware/Marine Products

Phoenix Resins Inc. is an established manufacturer of epoxy resin systems, adhesives and replacement solvents sold under the names MAS Epoxies, Rapid Cure, Flexbond 5000 and Bio-Solv. This is a great opportunity to join a growing specialty manufacturer expanding from a solid base in the marine industry into industrial and hardware markets. We’re looking for a Sales Director to establish strong relationships and drive sales through our existing manufacturer’s reps and distributors. This position is being created due to our increased volumes and anticipated growth from several new products.

The position is requires:

• Existing knowledge and relationships in the industrial and/or hardware sector.
• Expertise and understanding of leveraging Manufacturer’s Rep and Distributor networks in regional or national roles.
• Proven ability to close deals and increase sales.
• Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM a plus.

The position will be compensated based on the experience of the individual, with a strong emphasis commission potential.

Minimum five to seven years experience required. Travel required. E.O.E. Drug screen required, background and reference checks.
